Light: Provide bright but indirect light from a south, east or west window.
Water: Let plant approach dryness before watering, but water thoroughly and discard drainage.
Temperatures: 50 – 55 degrees at night and 65 – 70 degrees during the day.
Fertilization: Fertilize all year and heavier during the summer.
Grooming: Prune to a tree form as the plant matures. Keep to desired height and shape with light pruning or clipping at any time.
Repotting: Repot in winter or early spring, as needed. Infrequent repotting is best.
Problems: Dry soil or hight soluble salts may damage roots, causing plant to die back. The leaves will drop if plant is suddenly moved into low light or extreme drafts.
