If you are not happy with your purchase from our Boutique, kindly return it to us within 10 days of purchase accompanied with your receipt and all original tags to receive a full refund.
- After 10 days, an exchange or store credit can be given for returned merchandise provided it is returned with a receipt and all manufacturer tags and within 30 days.
- Any merchandise that is missing the manufacturer tags, is worn, used or altered cannot be returned.
Clearance: All sales are final on clearance merchandise, closeout sales and retired items.
Damages: Any items with a manufacturers defect will be shipped to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Fresh Flowers and Plants: Products from our Floral Department are exchangeable for a fresh product replacement if returned within 48 hours of receipt.
Holiday Decorations: Merchandise is returnable for a refund if returned before the holiday and within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. Exchange or store credit if returned before the holiday with receipt within 30 days. Decorations are not returnable after the holiday.
